The self-adhesive material consists of three parts: face paper, glue and bottom paper. The three parts have different materials. How to customize according to the use requirements, application environment, and labeling environment will neither affect the use effect nor cause excess quality, we need to rationally judge and identify various situations, mainly pay attention to the following situations.
1. All labels cannot be stuck firmly if contact with water or oil;
Glue loses its stickiness when it encounters water and oil.
2. Special anti-gelling water needs to be used at low temperature of 0℃～-15℃;
Glue is not easy to flow at low temperature, and its viscosity is weakened. Such as beef and mutton stored in cold storage, such as blood, blood, should be selected.
Use low temperature glue.
3. The object to be attached is a high temperature material;
For example, the surfaces of diesel engines, motors, electronic circuit boards, and machines operating at high temperatures should be made of PET and oil glue materials.
4. The plane surface is uneven, the barrel surface is uneven;
For example, the corrugated box is uneven, and the glue surface is in point or linear contact with the object to be attached, so hot glue material should be used.
5. The loose glue part of the material to be attached is absorbed;
For example, the surface of the wood is loose, the glue is easy to penetrate, and the amount of glue is reduced. It is necessary to use incremental adhesive hot glue materials.
6. Cylindrical bottle with a diameter less than 5MM;
If the bottle body is too small, it is easy to form a rebound after the label is pasted, causing the label to fall off. It is necessary to use a thin surface material and an adhesive glue material.
7. Thermal stickers;
There are requirements for waterproof, oil proof, alcohol proof, alkali proof, acid proof, blood and sweat proof, high temperature proof and so on.
8. Anti-tear, anti-violent collision;
Synthetic paper labels or film-based adhesive materials are required.
9. If the label is too large or too small, it is easy to fall off;
It is necessary to carry out practical tests and use PE surface material, adhesive hot glue or oil glue material;
10. Irregular surface;
For example, spherical material, material thickness and adhesive have specific considerations, PE surface material, hot glue or oil glue material is the first choice.
11. Rough surface;
For example, on frosted, curved, and corner surfaces, film surface materials (PE first), hot glue or oil glue materials should be selected.
12. For automatic labeling machine labels, a labeling test is required;

The automatic labeling machine should consider factors such as whether the automatic position can be accurately marked, whether the bottom paper can withstand the tension and other factors.
13. For normal temperature labeling, it is also necessary to consider whether high temperature is experienced during export transportation and use;
14. Surface with oil and dust;
Glue is usually difficult to stick on oily and dusty surfaces. Oil glue or strong adhesive should be used.
15. Low temperature labeling;
1). Labeling at room temperature, storage at low temperature: water glue cannot be selected;
2). Low temperature labeling, low temperature storage: low temperature freezing glue should be selected.
16. The surface of ultra-high temperature objects;
To choose anti-ultra-high temperature surface material and silicone materials.
17. The surface of ultra-low temperature objects;
To choose ultra-low temperature glue material.
18. There will be plasticizer oozing out on the surface of soft PVC. Special attention should be paid to selecting the appropriate adhesive.
