Use of label paper
(1) Paper labels

Material of the label paper
Coated paper label:
Bar code printer commonly used material, its thickness is generally about 80g. It is widely used in supermarkets, inventory management, clothing tags, industrial production lines and other places where coated paper labels are used more. Copperplate label paper has the best performance, and its white super smooth non-coating paper is an excellent basic material for heat transfer printing.
PET advanced label paper:
PET is the abbreviation of polyester film, in fact, it is a kind of polymer material. PET has a good hardness and brittleness, its color is common with Asian silver, white, bright white and so on. According to the thickness of 25 times (1 times =1um), 50 times, 75 times and other specifications, which is related to the actual requirements of the manufacturer. Due to its excellent dielectric performance, PET has good anti-fouling, anti-scratch, high temperature resistance and other properties, it is widely used in a variety of special occasions, such as mobile phone batteries, computer monitors, air conditioning compressors and so on. In addition, PET paper has better natural degradability, has increasingly attracted the attention of manufacturers.
PVC high-grade label paper:
PVC is the English abbreviation of vinyl, it is also a kind of polymer material, the common color has sub-white, pearl white. PVC and PET performance is close, it has good flexibility than PET, soft feel, often used in jewelry, jewelry, watches, electronics, metal industry and other high-end occasions. However, the degradation of PVC is poor, which has a negative impact on environmental protection. Some developed countries abroad have begun to develop alternative products in this respect.
Thermal sensitive paper:
It is a paper treated with high thermal sensitive coating. The high sensitive surface can be used for low voltage print head, so the wear on the print head is minimal. Heat sensitive paper is specially used for electronic weighing, a hot paper in the cash register, the simplest way to test the heat sensitive paper: with your fingernail force on the paper, will leave a black scratch. Thermal paper is suitable for cold storage, freezer and other shelf picks, its size is mostly fixed in 40mmX60mm standard.
Clothing Tags:
The thickness of double-sided coated paper used for garment tags is generally between 160g and 300g. However, too thick garment tags are suitable for printing, and the garment tags printed by bar code printers should be around 180g, so as to ensure a good printing effect and protect the print head.

Tag/Card:
◆ Material characteristics: no waterproof, no oil proof, tear
◆ Scope of application: clothing, footwear, supermarket and shopping mall price tag
◆ Applicable carbon belt: all wax/half wax and half tree
PET/PVC/ synthetic paper:
◆ Material characteristics: waterproof, oil proof, not tear, high temperature resistance, friction resistance, dumb surface, general light, bright points (different materials of temperature resistance, oil resistance, water resistance are different)
◆ Application scope: electronics, home appliances, automobile, chemical industry, etc
◆PET: strong toughness, crisp and hard, suitable for the smooth surface of the article identification. The common color of PET label paper is Asian silver, white and bright white. Due to the excellent dielectric properties of PET, it has good anti-fouling, anti-scraping, high temperature resistance and other properties.
PVC: poor toughness, soft and adhesive, suitable for not very smooth surface of the article identification
Synthetic paper:

◆ Applicable carbon belt: all need to use resin carbon belt (according to the label material subdivision with carbon belt model)
Electronic and electrical labels: synthetic paper, PET
